A fun 75 mins free event for expecting mamas!
Join us for an evening filled with prenatal movement and education in our beautiful studio. You will be guided through a 45 minute prenatal yoga class filled with soothing stretches and muscle building poses led by Yoga Mamas General Manager Janet Hill.
Movement will be focused on relieving common aches and pains in pregnancy. Directly afterwards you will enjoy complimentary DavidsTea and a 30 minute workshop on prenatal nutrition led by Holistic Nutritionist and Childbirth Educator Adrienne Cote. There will also be a Q&A period for mamas to ask their own nutrition and supplement questions.
Mamas will walk away with:
Feeling restored and more comfortable after a relaxing prenatal yoga stretch
Understanding how nutrition can support you through each trimester of pregnancy
Knowing prenatal nutrition basics: what to eat and why, and what to avoid
A few easy recipes focused on supporting your pregnancy
This event is open to mamas in all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience.
Anything that you feel comfortable moving in. Dress in layers so that you can get cozy with a cup of tea during the prenatal nutrition workshop part.
Just yourself and perhaps a notepad and pen. Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, water and tea will be provided.
