Join Holistic Nutritionist and Birth Worker, Adrienne Côté for an afternoon where we will be diving into the how-to of nourishing your body, mind and spirit during pregnancy.
We will discuss key foods and nutrients to consume to build strength and energy during your pregnancy and labour, help to set yourself up to replenish postpartum. Recipes will be provided for some easy and delicious meals.
We will also hold space to talk about how to care for ourselves during this time of intense and magical transformation. How do we care for ourselves? What tools do we need? What does self care look like for you?
Finally, we will create a simple DIY Herbal Bath Soak and Belly Balm for you to take home.
This workshop is open to those who are currently in any stage of pregnancy.
